Processing Time

Every Dunce Twice product is made to order; nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. Once you place an order, please allow 2-5 business days for it to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before it's handed over to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery

Because our products are custom made and shipped internationally, total delivery time (production plus transit) is typically 2-4 weeks, depending on your location and the shipping method used. In rare cases, delivery can take 5 weeks or more.

We don't offer guaranteed delivery windows or ship-by dates; international shipping can be affected by customs processing, local holidays, and occasional disruptions to global shipping routes that are outside our control and can extend delivery beyond our usual estimate. We'll do our best to keep you updated if we become aware of any unforeseen delays affecting your order.

Shipping availability can occasionally change due to factors outside our control, such as customs regulation changes, carrier restrictions, or geopolitical events. If your country isn't listed or becomes temporarily unavailable, we'll let you know at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the items in your order. For the most accurate cost, add your items to your cart and view the shipping options at checkout; rates are calculated automatically based on your order and destination.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Our shipping is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning import duties and customs fees are included in the price you pay; there should be no surprise charges when your order arrives.

In rare cases, customers in certain remote areas may still be asked to pay a local customs or import fee due to regional regulations outside our control. We're not able to guarantee this won't happen, but it is uncommon.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains several items, they're generally packed and shipped together. In some cases, items may be sent in separate parcels; if this happens, you'll be able to track each shipment individually.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before completing your order; this is the most common cause of delivery delays and failed deliveries. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us immediately at dunce@duncetwice.com, as we may be able to correct it before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived at all, please contact us at dunce@duncetwice.com as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with photos if the item arrived damaged. We'll work with you to find a solution.
